  • Cash report - Every 10 items as 1 entry
  • Financial statement preparation - Per last accounting invoice but not less than 700 PLN net

Answers about our services, pricing, and how we work together

What does an accounting package include?

Depending on the package: full bookkeeping, balance sheet, P&L, CIT/PIT/VAT returns, JPK, ZUS, split payment, WNT/WDT. Each package has a clear number of entries included. See the price list for details.

How long does company registration take?

Sole proprietorship – up to 3 business days. Ltd. with personal presence – up to 3 business days. Registration by power of attorney – up to 30 business days. Times may vary by office and notary availability.

Do you serve companies employing foreigners?

Yes. We handle work permit legalization, declarations of intent to employ, notifications to the Labour Office. We serve citizens of Ukraine (special act), Armenia, Georgia, Belarus and other countries.

How does cooperation work – in person or remotely?

We work remotely – documents by email, communication via email, phone, video calls. In-person meetings on request. You can use the virtual office address for company registration.

Are the prices in the price list final?

Prices in the price list are net. Costs may vary by business scale – e.g. number of bookkeeping entries, employees. Contact us – we will prepare an individual quote.

What languages do you serve clients in?

We serve clients in Polish, English and Ukrainian. Documents and correspondence can be in your chosen language.

What is a virtual office?

A virtual office gives you a business address for company registration and correspondence. You receive mail, can use it for KRS/CEIDG registration, and optionally have access to meeting rooms. Ideal for freelancers and remote businesses.

How do I start cooperation?

Contact us by phone, email or the contact form. We'll discuss your needs, suggest a package, and send a quote. After acceptance, we sign a contract and transfer documents – you can start within days.

Can I change packages during the year?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your accounting package. We'll adjust the scope and fees accordingly. Changes are usually applied from the next billing period.

Do you help with VAT registration?

Yes. We handle VAT registration (NIP-VAT), amendments, and VAT returns. We can also advise on when voluntary registration makes sense and support with cross-border VAT matters.
